VVA Philadelphia Liberty Bell Chapter 266'S Annual Candlelight Ceremony includes a reading of the names and observances of the 30th Anniversary Of The Memorial. We will honor and remember the 648 Military Service members from Philadelphia who died in the Vietnam War. All are invited to the 'rain or shine' event.
