Vietnam Veterans of America, Sussex County Chapter 1105, will hold its monthly meeting, optional 50/50 raffle and luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesday, May 16, at American Legion Post 28, 31768 Legion Road, Millsboro.
