The Annual Harker Heights Veterans Ceremony is sponsored by the City of Harker Heights and the Harker Heights Veterans’ Council. Features include a wreath laying, guest speaker Lt. Col. James R. Crane, deputy commander of the 3rd Cavalry Regiment (Brave Rifles), and remarks by Harker Heights Mayor Spencer H. Smith. VVA Chapter 1000 is a member of The Harker Heights Veterans’ Council.
