GALENA, Ill. — Galena-Jo Daviess County Historical Society will host a free, interactive presentation this weekend featuring Vietnam War veterans.
“Boots on the Ground,” presented by members of the Vietnam Veterans of America Post 2665, will take place at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 21 at the Galena Art and Recreation Center gymnasium, 11084 W. U.S. Highway 20, according to an online event announcement.
The program is open to the public and is free, although donations are encouraged, and reservations are not required.
