Veterans and car aficionados will gather at Kilgore City Park Saturday for the 6th annual William Perkins Auto & Cycle show.
Hosted by Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 987 in honor of Army vet and longtime veterans advocate William Perkins, the event begins with $25-per-vehicle registration at 8 a.m. April 28 and gets rolling from 9 a.m. The veterans’ annual auction begins at 1 p.m. followed by awards at 2 p.m.
Saturday’s first 100 sign-ups get a free shirt and one will receive a $100 prize. The event includes door prizes throughout the day and various fundraisers.
