Veterans are invited to the VVA Clay County Chapter 1059 Monthly Meeting and Change of Name Ceremony. Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 1059 in Clay County will be renamed the Colonel William G. Byrns Chapter 1059 on Saturday, Feb. 3 during a noon ceremony at St. Luke’s Catholic Church, Blanding Blvd., Middleburg. The ceremony will start at 11:00 AM with former Vietnam POW Col. Byrns and family attending.
