The Howell Chapter of the Disabled American Veterans will host “The Wall That Heals” Mobile Exhibit. The Vietnam Veterans Memorial replica bears the names of the over 58,000 American men and women who died fighting the Vietnam War. The 2018 national tour of the Wall will begin on March 1st in Portland, Texas and will make 40 stops throughout the year.
